Josh Powers spent over a decade leading inside a large, complex, entrepreneurial organization. The kind that never stops evolving and never lets you coast. He built teams, owned budgets and results, and before all of that he played professional baseball. He knows what it takes to perform at a high level because he’s spent his whole life around people doing exactly that. Then he hired a coach of his own and realized high performance wasn’t the whole story.
