Manager of Client Experience | Account Executive

Our company also oversees three subsidiaries and provides high-level leadership for a sister company.
Novus Global is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Manager of Client Experience to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the Director of Client Experience, this role is critical in supporting the growth and sustainability of our corporate partnerships by nurturing, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and a deep understanding of executive coaching and leadership development principles. This role at Novus Global will be key to ensuring long-term partnerships, delivering transformative coaching experiences, and helping our clients go beyond high performance.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for our corporate clients.
Ensure continued engagement and satisfaction throughout their partnership with Novus Global.
Work closely with executive coaches and lead a team to ensure client objectives are met and outcomes are delivered with excellence.
Develop and execute tailored client success strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and the overall impact of our services.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration into Novus Global’s services.
Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Account Growth and Development
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding client needs and aligning them with the full suite of Novus Global’s offerings.
Exceed revenue targets by developing new business, referrals, and expanding existing accounts.
Partner with client services, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities to increase corporate partnerships.
Partner with executive coaches to identify opportunities to grow individual clients into corporate accounts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success in a corporate or professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue results by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Accommodate working with varying time zones.
Familiarity with executive coaching, leadership development, or related industries preferred.
Ability to think strategically and align client needs with company goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations.
Proficiency with systems such as HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Canva, Typeform, and G Suite (or similar tools), with the ability to effectively leverage these platforms to manage client relationships, projects, and communications.

What We Offer
Salary Range
$80,000 – $120,000
