Director of Coach Franchise Success

Novus Global is a premier executive coaching and leadership development company, with 40 highly skilled franchise owners who serve as executive coaches. These franchisees are integral to our mission of fostering leadership excellence and driving organizational success. With projected year-over-year growth of 30% in both revenue and coaching staff, we continue to expand our impact. In addition, Novus Global oversees three subsidiaries and provides strategic leadership for a sister company.

Position Overview

The Director of Coach Franchise Success is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of scalable processes and systems to support our rapid growth. The Director of Coach Franchise Success will lead a team of leaders responsible for the support and development of Novus Global franchisees. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in leadership and development, capable of driving efficiency and excellence across the organization. Additionally, the Director of Coach Franchise Success will serve as the primary leadership and development voice to the coaches, ensuring that their needs and feedback are integrated into the company’s development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Franchisees Development:
    • Development and implementation of a scalable coaching success strategy that accelerates the growth of Novus Global franchisees’ business.
    • Ongoing leadership, development, and improvement of environments; currently, but not limited to, the Weekly Development Meeting, the Internal Coaching System, Retreats, Teams leads, and Divisional leaders
    • Implementation of Ability and Practice Assessments – currently, but not limited to, the Vision Strategy Worksheet, the Weekly Scorecard, Coaching Ability Forms, Navigate assessment.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor team and division leaders through, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement aligned with our GOLIVE values of Growth, Ownership, Love, Integrity, Vision, and Energy.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives.
    • Coordination with Sandbox Client Services and Chief Expansion Officer to align the growth of our franchisee’s coaching businesses with the broader growth strategies of Novus Global.
    • Serve as the primary developmental voice to the coaches, ensuring their feedback and needs are addressed in developmental plans.
  • Human Resources and Team Development:
    • Foster a collaborative meta-performance culture within the team and division leaders
    • Ensure seamless transition of coaching into the firm from the Meta-Performance institute
    • Facilitate the transition of coaches exiting the firm
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Regular coordination with Executive Leadership (Tricia Harding – COO)  to understand and align development plans to the overall vision of Novus Global.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of the company’s development strategies.
    • Develop performance benchmarks and regularly report on the health and success of each franchise.
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable plans to enhance performance and franchise satisfaction.
    • Regularly communicate with franchisees, team leads, and executive team to understand their developmental and growth challenges and incorporate their insights into strategic planning.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Leadership, Management,  Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the professional services or coaching industry.
  • Strong understanding of scaling people development,  including adult education, leading leaders of leaders, cultural alignment, and forecasting future growth initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
  • Proficient in software and systems integration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of leaders and coaches to integrate their feedback into development structures.
