Danny Bowers is an executive coach with Novus Global. As a coach and communicator, Danny advocates for leaders across the country to explore all that they’re capable of. He invites leaders and companies to create a clear vision of where they are going.

Danny has spent 23 years working with teams and individuals in executive leadership roles for both non-profit and for-profit organizations that include company owners, entrepreneurs, educators, construction services, the NCAA, and high school coaches.

As a trainer or keynote speaker, Danny invites participants to consider how they can show up in their personal and professional lives in a way that empowers ownership, growth, and leadership in creating outcomes they are passionate and excited about.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Danny and his wife, Kim, have lived all over California since 2002 with their two sons. He loves spending time outdoors in the mountains or at the beach, a good cup of coffee to start his day, and always looking for a good book or movie to enjoy.
