Tim Hawkins is a full-time executive coach with Novus Global, where he partners with leaders and teams to unlock possibilities far beyond what they imagined. With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership development and training, Tim has worked directly with executives, teams, and organizations to drive transformation, sharpen strategy, and elevate performance.

A dynamic communicator, Tim has logged over 10,000 hours speaking and presenting on topics such as transformation, relationships, conflict resolution, restoration, vision, strategy, risk-taking, failure, and financial stewardship.

In addition to coaching, Tim serves as Lead Pastor of Storied Church. He directs The Leadership Coaching Fellowship, a nonprofit initiative equipping under-resourced leaders across the country with world-class training and coaching.

Based in Colorado Springs, Tim and his wife are raising three adventurous sons. He is an avid reader of historical fiction, a CrossFit enthusiast, a frequent hiker of the Colorado Trail, and a passionate basketball coach for his boys.
