Laura Lyng is an executive coach and Associate Partner who works with high performing executives, entrepreneurs, attorneys, sales directors, and nonprofit leaders seeking to expand their impact and discover what they are truly capable of.

Before coaching, Laura was a corporate trial attorney, representing Fortune 500 clients and leading multinational teams through complex litigation. Despite her success, she reached a breaking point—burnout and loss of passion. Working with a Novus Global coach helped her confront hard questions and rediscover her purpose, which ultimately inspired her transition into coaching.

Today, Laura challenges and champions leaders to achieve what once seemed impossible while creating lives they truly love. Whether working one-on-one with clients, facilitating workshops worldwide, or delivering powerful keynotes, she is known for blending fierce advocacy and direct feedback with deep care, helping clients unlock their next level of growth.

She also serves on the board of a justice-oriented non-profit and, outside of work, enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband in Minneapolis, often fly fishing from their red canoe.
