Dan Leffelaar is the President & Chief Coaching Officer of Novus Global and the Founder of Novus Global Sport (NGS), a division that works with the world’s best athletes and teams.

Dan serves athletes and staff in the MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, NCAA, and Premier League. His clients include 10 professional league captains, multi-year MVPs, the highest-paid players in multiple leagues, and Olympic team athletes and league executives.

With a track record of turning rookies into legends and helping veterans revive their careers, Dan has been a catalyst for some of the most remarkable success stories in professional sports. The athletes and executives he coaches have gone on to secure championships, Olympic medals, and career-defining seasons—collectively earning over $100 million annually.

A trusted advisor at the highest levels of competition, Dan specializes in mental resilience, leadership, and Meta Performance™ culture, ensuring his clients don’t just play the game—they define it.

He holds an honors degree in Health Sciences from the University of Calgary. He is married to Laura Leffelaar and is a Dad to Mataya, Cohen, and Asher. Dan currently lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
