Doug is an executive coach, trainer, facilitator and keynote speaker who is trusted by CEO’s and senior executives at companies like Reddit, Google, LinkedIn and Siemens to help unlock potential.

He began his professional life in the non-profit space and then transitioned his passion for helping others into the coaching business Own The Room, where he eventually became COO, building a global team with multiple offices.

Today, in addition to his coaching work, Doug is also the Director of Franchise Success at Novus Global, responsible for ensuring that our coaches achieve their revenue targets, embody our culture, provide exceptional services, and thrive.

Doug lives in New Hampshire with his wife Amy, four boys, and eleven chickens. They love to adventure outdoors in all seasons and around the world. Fridays are for pizza.
