Shauna Miller has spent her career helping people grow—in their relationships, leadership, and vision for what’s possible. Before becoming a coach, she helped couples prepare for marriage, guided conversations about personality and group dynamics, and led leadership development groups in ministry.

Over the past 15 years, she has also built a thriving photography business, which deepened her ability to see people clearly, connect with their stories, and help them bring their best selves forward.

Today, Shauna serves individuals, couples, and teams through Meta Performance™ coaching, helping them uncover blind spots, elevate their mindsets, and live with greater intention and impact. She is passionate about helping leaders and teams transform the way they see themselves and each other—unlocking who they are truly capable of being and creating cultures where people thrive and grow together.

Having experienced the transformation of coaching in her own marriage and family, Shauna brings both empathy and challenge to the people she works with—helping them not just grow, but truly go beyond high performance in all areas of their lives.

Shauna is married to her best friend, Cody Miller, and together they’re raising three boys—Milo, Kasen, and Renley.
