Having served in senior leadership at two of the nation’s largest churches and as the founder of one of Chicago’s largest and fastest-growing churches, Jarrett brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, personal development, and team dynamics.

He has coached leaders from start-ups, multi-million dollar companies, non-profits, and creative fields—helping executives, founders, and thought leaders achieve breakthroughs that drive meaningful and measurable growth. Jarrett is passionate about helping people see what’s possible, overcome barriers, and lead with greater authenticity and authority.

As a communicator, Jarrett has written and delivered over 900 original talks and spoken to hundreds of thousands of people around the world. He is also the author of three books.

Above all, Jarrett values creating a meaningful and memorable life with his family. He and his wife, Jeanne, live in Chicagoland with their two children, Elijah and Gigi, and their emotionally needy dog, Louie.
