Brian’s career spans nonprofit leadership, executive coaching, strategic donor engagement, and staff development across the U.S. and Europe.

His lifelong commitment to human development led him to earn a Master’s in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care, integrating insights from psychology, philosophy, and theology into his approach to transformation. Now, as a Meta Performance™ coach with Novus Global, Brian brings together a proven executive background and a deep belief in the power of personal reinvention.

Brian lives in Houston, TX, with his wife and children. Outside of coaching, he enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and cheering on his kids at their school events.
