Amy Turner is an executive coach with Novus Global whose work is grounded in lived transformation.

For nearly three decades, Amy built her career in high-pressure legal and corporate environments. She served as an Assistant Attorney General, was an owner and partner in a civil litigation law firm, and held senior roles in litigation management, compliance, and risk within large organizations, including Walmart and Nordstrom.

However, Amy came to coaching not as a theory, but as a lifeline. Through doing her own coaching work, she confronted the gap between what she had achieved and what she actually wanted. That process ultimately led her to leave a high stakes career to help people like her turn the impossible into the inevitable and discover what they are truly capable of.

Today, Amy helps high achieving professionals step into a more expansive and self directed version of success. She understands the pressure of responsibility and the courage required to step beyond it. Amy lives in Seattle and is the proud mother of a collegiate football player.
