Before joining Novus Global, Stephen served as CEO of Leonard Group, Inc., scaling multiple creative brands into a $28M global enterprise. He also spent more than a decade in pastoral leadership, giving him a unique ability to coach both marketplace and ministry leaders.

Stephen lives in San Luis Obispo, CA, with his wife Lisa and their two sons, David and Matthias. He is passionate about travel, functional fitness, motorcycles, music, and coffee.
