Horey

Executive Coach

Cayla Horey is an executive coach with Novus Global, where she coaches small business owners, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to help them increase their capacity for impact, influence, and income.

With more than 20 years in leadership coaching and leadership development, Cayla believes that our businesses will never grow beyond our capacity to lead them. She passionately serves leaders toward holistic flourishing. Business growth is important, but not worth it if it costs us the things that matter most– our health, relationships, personal life, etc.

Cayla is deeply committed to using business to create value in the world, and gives a percentage of all business revenue to needs in the community. Cayla lives in San Clemente, CA with her husband Mike, and their 3 kids.

I was stuck and feeling afraid to move forward in certain ways, but I was being called to move forward. After working with Cayla, I feel more confident in my decision-making process, and I feel more willing to walk through hard things and understand what thoughts are driving my feelings. It’s all about me getting good and staying good – with me! So no matter what happens, I get to feel good about how I got there and am able to move forward.

Cayla spoke at my business Mastermind. I flew in 9-figure income earners and multiple 8-figure income earners, top influencers, and brilliant business minds to speak that weekend. At the end of the event, when we asked the attendees who their favorite speakers were and what their biggest takeaways were, Cayla got the most mentions from people saying, ‘that was my biggest takeaway,’ to things that Cayla had shared. More attendees mentioned her name than any other speaker.

Sales were going down, and I had a major life event change everything. I was trying to figure out my self-improvement process, and Cayla helped shift my perspective on life. She walked me through the process and made me realize I already had the answers within. Now I know how to show up, level up, and use these skills for life.
