Jeremy Horton

Executive Coach

Jeremy Horton is an executive coach with Novus Global who partners with high-capacity leaders navigating complexity, growth, and the tension between outward success and deeper impact. He works with CEOs, founders, senior executives, pastors, and creative leaders who are successful on paper but sense there is a deeper level of clarity, maturity, and impact available to them.

Jeremy brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning executive pastoral leadership, nonprofit leadership, construction project management, and several startup ventures — giving him a unique lens into both faith-driven and marketplace environments, and the leaders who operate in both.

His coaching integrates identity, vision, and practical execution — helping leaders close the gap between who they are and how they lead, so their decisions, relationships, and organizations become more aligned, resilient, and effective. Jeremy holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change Management and a Master of Theology, academic foundations that inform his curiosity-first, ontological approach to human development.

Jeremy lives in Naples, FL, with his wife Michelle and their three kids — Chloe, Eddie, and Mack. He believes the best adventures, like the best leadership, are never done alone.

Working with Jeremy has been a gift. He has added fuel and clarity to my life and the direction of our team. He curiously seeks alignment for us and our team; not pushing for an answer, but drawing out consistency and connection to a vision worth chasing.
