Dr. Dominique Perry is an executive coach with Novus Global, fractional Chief People Officer, and founder of Perry & Co. She helps executives, founders, and people leaders gain clarity, lead with wisdom and empathy, and pursue bold visions for their leadership and lives.

With nearly 20 years of HR experience, primarily supporting technology teams and organizations, Dominique’s background spans Salesforce, Amazon, and Ford. She understands the complexity of leading through growth and change, including how leadership decisions shape the employee experience.

Her coaching brings together relational intelligence, design thinking, curiosity, and humor. Through candid conversations, she helps leaders question assumptions, explore possibilities, and turn insight into intentional action. She is especially passionate about creating space for HR leaders who spend their days partnering and supporting everyone else.

Dominique holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and is involved in several professional and community organizations. Based in Dallas, TX, she enjoys time with her family and her frenchie, Zoe, volunteering with young adults and college students, and exploring her love of luxury, travel, and thoughtfully designed experiences.
