My time working with Xander has been absolutely incredible. We have the most fruitful conversations in which he challenges my way of thinking about my creative work and allows me to see things from another perspective. He has truly heightened my creative output and career.

Rob Harris Executive Coach, Novus Global

My work with Xander challenged me to confront how often my desire to look good, be prepared, and prove my capability was actually creating unnecessary pressure and keeping me from the authenticity, curiosity, and connection I wanted to bring to others. Xander helped me see that more clearly, but he never tried to hand me the answer. He created the space for me to discover it for myself. By the end of our time together, I wasn't simply thinking differently. I was showing up differently. I was more present, relational, curious, and willing to let go of the pressure to prove myself.
