With 15 years of leadership experience, Alicia recently joined Novus Global as an executive coach. She has led teams and organizations across B2B SaaS, B2B Services, Leadership Development, Non-Profit, and Home Services. She has also acquired, run, and sold a small business and took a software company to exit as COO.
