Amanda Jaggard is a Partner and executive coach with Novus Global. As one of the first coaches to join the firm, she has played a significant role in building and shaping the Novus Global culture.

She is a Co-Founder of the Meta Performance™ Institute, a pioneering organization dedicated to equipping and developing coaches—both in their coaching expertise and in creating thriving practices. After founding the Institute, she now serves as regular faculty with the cohorts. In addition, Amanda is one of Novus Global’s top corporate group facilitators and a primary architect and lead of the Meta Performance™ Management program, where she leads a team to train leaders and executives in how to integrate coaching principles into their organization.

Amanda coaches top-level leaders in technology, entertainment, finance, and non-profits. She also coaches individuals who are in dynamic seasons of reinvention, creating powerful new visions for themselves. Amanda’s clients create extraordinary results while also deeply transforming in ways that impact every area of their lives.

Her coaching presence and work with clients flow from her own personal transformation as she has lived out doing the work in herself — personally and professionally. She currently lives in Los Angeles and is mom to two young adult sons.
