Andrew Ladd is the Director of Novus Global Sport: Athletes & Teams Division, where he leads the firm’s sports-focused strategy and a team of coaches serving elite athletes, teams, and organizations. Alongside his leadership role, Andrew maintains an active coaching practice, working directly with athletes, coaches, and executives navigating performance, growth, and transition.

A retired professional hockey player and two-time Stanley Cup champion, Andrew brings firsthand experience from high-performance environments shaped by pressure, accountability, and team culture. His playing career forged a deep understanding of leadership and resilience that now informs both his coaching and division leadership.

Beyond professional sport, Andrew and his wife, Brandy co-founded the Ladd Foundation and 1616, a holistic mental, physical, and social well-being experience for youth hockey teams. This innovative initiative emphasizes not only skill development on the ice, but also the mental and social growth essential for long-term success.
