Arron also serves as Lead Minister of Journey Christian Church in Greeley, Colorado, a multi-site church reaching over 1,000 attendees weekly, including a campus located inside a state correctional facility. His leadership extends beyond ministry into entrepreneurship as Founder of Tri Life, Inc., Blessings Investments Group, and Big Adventures Colorado.
