Danny Bowers is an executive coach with Novus Global who helps leaders move from pressure-driven leadership into clarity, ownership, and conviction. He believes leadership isn’t just about doing more, it’s about slowing down enough to focus on what truly drives growth and productivity.

With over 23 years of experience across nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including executives, company owners, educators, construction professionals, NCAA programs and athletic coaches, Danny has seen the pattern repeat itself: urgency replaces intention. His coaching invites leaders to step out of reactivity and into ownership, so they can build momentum, and pursue what’s genuinely worth going after while leading in complex and demanding environments.

Known for his calm, direct, and relational presence, Danny sees the best version of each client and challenges them to grow into it. As a trainer and keynote speaker, he invites participants to examine how they show up in their work and lives by creating space for honest reflection while empowering leaders to work toward outcomes they are genuinely excited about.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Danny has called California home since 2002, where he lives with his wife, Kim, and their two sons. Outside of coaching, he can usually be found outdoors, camping and traveling, reading widely, and staying connected with leaders who continue to shape how he thinks and leads.
