Director of Coach Franchise Success

Position Overview

The Director of Coach Franchisees Success (DCFS) is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of scalable processes and systems to support our franchisees’ success. The DCFS will serve as the primary leadership and development voice to Novus Global coaches, ensuring that their needs and feedback are integrated into the company’s development strategies. In addition to fostering franchisee success, the DCFS will act as a developmental leader, collaborating closely with the leadership team to align franchisee growth with company-wide strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Success:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a scalable coaching success strategy that accelerates franchisees’ business growth, aligning it with Novus Global’s broader mission.
  • Drive continuous improvement, leadership, and development in franchisee support environments, such as Weekly Development Meetings, the Internal Coaching System, Retreats, and Team Lead coaching.
  • Oversee, create, evaluate, and drive franchisee performance assessments through tools like a Vision Strategy Worksheet, Weekly Scorecard, and Coaching Ability Forms.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor team and division leaders, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement aligned with our GOLIVE values of Growth, Ownership, Love, Integrity, Vision, and Energy.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align franchisee development strategies with Novus Global’s overall growth objectives.
  • Partner with our Client Services team and the Chief Expansion Officer to integrate franchisee coaching growth with Novus Global’s business development goals.
  • Act as the primary leadership voice for franchisees, addressing their developmental needs and integrating their feedback into growth plans.

Human Resources and Team Development:

  • Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture among team and division leaders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new franchise owners entering Novus Global and facilitate transition plans for those exiting the firm.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards in franchisee operations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Coordinate with Novus Global’s Executive Team to align franchisee development plans with Novus Global’s long-term vision.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and track franchisee satisfaction, providing regular reports on their health and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, developing actionable strategies to enhance franchise success and satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate with franchisees, team leads, and executive team to understand their developmental and growth challenges and incorporate their insights into strategic planning.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the professional services or coaching industry.
  • Strong understanding of scaling people development, including adult education, leading leaders of leaders, cultural alignment, and forecasting future growth initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of leaders and coaches to integrate their feedback into development structures.
