Doug is passionate about helping people unlock their potential and create a better world for the humans they influence. He does this through his work at Novus Global, where he is an executive coach, the Director of Franchise Success, and a keynote speaker and trainer for senior leaders and executive teams.

Doug began his career as an entrepreneurial nonprofit leader, building communities and teams dedicated to helping people thrive. He later transitioned into the executive coaching and leadership development space, joining Own The Room as Chief Operating Officer. There, he helped scale a global organization with offices across multiple continents and partnered closely with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams at companies such as Google, Meta, Goldman Sachs, LinkedIn, and Siemens. Today at Novus Global, he brings a strategic, performance-driven, and values-centered approach to his work with both executives and franchise coaches, helping them design businesses and legacies rooted in excellence, generosity, and long-term success.

Doug lives in New Hampshire with his wife Amy, their four adventurous boys, and a flock of eleven chickens. Their family enjoys traveling together and making the most of all four seasons of outdoor fun. Fridays are for pizza.
