Doug is an executive coach at Novus Global, a keynote speaker and facilitator for teams and leaders, and a member of the faculty of the Meta Performance™ Institute.

Doug began his professional life in the non-profit space and then transitioned his passion for helping others into the coaching business, Own The Room, where he eventually became COO, building a global team with multiple offices. Certified as a master coach, he flew an average of 300K+ miles per year to work with CEOs and their teams at many of the world’s top companies including Google, Goldman Sachs, Meta, LinkedIn, and Siemens.  Doug then set out to launch his own business, where he directs his energy only to clients who are doing their part to help humans thrive in some unique way. So if you’re an evil mastermind, look for help somewhere else!

Doug lives on a hill in the woods of New Hampshire with his wife Amy, his four boys, a goldendoodle (Crosby – named after Sidney), eleven chickens (named after Star Wars characters), and occasional foster babies.  He enjoys all four seasons of outdoor fun especially hiking – he is a member of the AMC Four Thousand Footer Club.  Friday nights are for pizza.
