For more than three decades, Erik has led at the intersection of leadership, ministry, and transformation. From leading teams as a youth pastor to leading NextGen initiatives for a regional denominational headquarters supporting over 100 churches to serving as Executive NextGen Director across six church campuses, he has spent his career developing leaders and building thriving teams.

For over 15 years, he has coached individuals, teams, and youth ministry cohorts—equipping leaders to expand their vision, strengthen their execution, and lead with courage. He’s trained and spoken for audiences ranging from intimate leadership gatherings to crowds of 7,000, and is known for coaching with a deeply listening, curious ear and loving with a pastoral heart.

As a Meta Performance™ Certified Coach and certified youth ministry coach, he brings both strategic clarity and transformational presence to his work. Erik is passionate about helping leaders break free from past limitations and launch forward into who they are capable of becoming.

Erik lives in La Quinta, California, and has been married to his wife, Jeanne-Ann, for over 30 years and has two teenage children at home. He has 2 adult children who are married and serve in ministry, and one grandson! He loves to surf, snowboard, and play family games.
