| In our first episode of Your Finest Hour–where we hear conversations between coaches and their clients–CEO, entrepreneur, and PR expert Jeff Lambert is interviewed by his executive coach and Novus Global CEO Jason Jaggard and Novus Global Sport Director Dan Leffelaar. Jeff and Jason discuss the progression of their coaching relationship over the years. Jeff was always a successful, high performer in his work, but he also recognized an opportunity to be challenged beyond that – which is where his investment in coaching came in. Jeff details how coaching shifted his thinking and the massive results that created in his life, leadership, relationships, and business. You’ll get to hear what Novus coaching is, what it isn’t, how to create coaching buy-in from those you lead, and how to get the most value out of your investment in hiring a coach.
