Jaime Calahan is an executive coach who works with founder-led companies navigating growth, complexity, and pivotal moments of leadership. With more than sixteen years in the consumer packaged goods industry, she has supported emerging brands from early stage through significant scale and, in some cases, acquisition. Her background spans field sales, marketing execution, operational leadership, and go to market strategy, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to build and grow a company in the real world.

Earlier in Jaime’s career, she served as a COO working closely alongside visionary founders running a multi-state cannabis company. She now partners with founders, COOs, and senior leaders who are responsible for translating vision into results while leading teams through uncertainty and rapid growth.

Through vision-based coaching, Jaime helps leaders expand how they think about what is possible, strengthen how they make decisions, and create alignment between the future they want to build and the way they lead today. Her work often centers on helping leaders move beyond reacting to immediate challenges and instead lead from a clear and compelling future.

Outside work, Jaime is a mom who loves to spend time on soccer fields and basketball courts!
