With over 25 years of leadership experience at two of the country’s largest churches, as well as starting and leading one of Chicago’s fastest-growing churches, Jarrett brings a wealth of leadership    insight and expertise.

He has had the privilege of coaching leaders of start-ups, multi-million dollar companies, authors, thought leaders, and leaders of nonprofits. He has helped foster and facilitate both personal and professional breakthroughs for those he has worked with. And he loves helping leaders see the “impossible” become achievable.

Jarrett also brings over 25 years of experience as a public speaker. Over the course of his career, he has written and delivered over 900 original talks and spoken to hundreds of thousands of people as a keynote speaker for national and international conferences and retreats. He is also the author of several books.

But the thing he loves the most is creating a meaningful and memorable life with his family. Jarrett and his wife, Jeanne, live in Chicagoland with their two teenage children and their two  emotionally needy dogs.
