Jeff Gerhardt is an executive coach, leader, and speaker with 25 years of corporate experience leading teams through innovation, turnarounds, and growth. He spent more than 13 years as an IT Executive at Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE:EW), where he helped position the organization to support one of the biggest medical device disruptions in the last 20 years — the Transcatheter Heart Valve (TAVR).

Jeff’s international leadership includes an expat assignment in Switzerland while running Edwards’ IT EMEA region, and he has led multinational organizations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He is the Founder of Centix Life Technologies, a firm focused on Leadership Development. The name reflects his conviction that vision-filled, servant leaders can multiply outcomes 100x. Jeff is a coach at Novus Global and serves as CEO of Priority Living, a nonprofit Christian leadership program.

Jeff is Board Chairman for Uncharted Ministries. He and his wife, Heather, have four children and two sons-in-law, and live in McKinney, Texas, where they are active in their church.
