Joseph King Barkley is the President of the Meta Performance™ Institute. Throughout his career, Joseph has coached executives in media and finance and built, scaled, consulted, and coached multiple nonprofit organizations. He has also started two churches in the Los Angeles area that raised millions of dollars and impacted over 1,000 people per week.

He is also an experienced keynote speaker and the author of three books.

He has been married to Katie for over 20 years. Their most important and exciting work is raising their two daughters.
