Joseph Thompson is a Partner at Novus Global and the VP of Innovation & Learning Design at The Meta Performance™ Institute. He is a Meta Performance™ certified coach and has over 1600 hours of logged coaching hours since he began coaching full-time in 2020. He designs and implements the world-class coach training program, Foundations, and has graduated over 100 coaches since its inception. He works with senior leaders and founders across multiple industries as they upgrade their high performance to Meta Performance™. 

He has a lifetime of leadership experience that includes over fourteen years in nearly every level of the education industry. He has achieved record-breaking revenue and profit growth in multiple industries. He received a BA in liberal arts from Thomas Aquinas College and an MA in English from the University of Mississippi. His inquiry-based coaching approach has helped clients create millions of dollars in new production and cost savings, while also greatly increasing life satisfaction as they explore what’s beyond high performance. He lives in Texas with his wife of 15+ years and his five children.
