Karina Neal is a founder, executive leader, and certified Meta Performance™ coach with over 30 years of experience helping leaders and organizations scale through growth and change.

Karina co-founded what became Fusion Academy and helped grow it from a single campus into a nationally recognized organization with more than 80 locations across the United States. As Senior Director of Training and Development at Fusion Education Group, she has led large-scale leadership and people development initiatives supporting over 2,500 employees, building systems that drive alignment, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Today, as an executive coach and Associate Partner with Novus Global, Karina works with CEOs, founders, law partners, and senior leaders who are ambitious for growth but tired of being the bottleneck in their own success. She helps leaders move from operator to confident, scalable leader — equipping them to build strong teams, navigate change, and create results beyond what they thought possible.

Karina lives in San Marcos, California with her husband and son.
