Karina Neal is an experienced facilitator, trainer, educator, and coach with a demonstrated history of working in the education, leadership, and training development industry. As an executive coach with Novus Global, Karina helps individuals and teams upgrade their thinking and discover what they are capable of in order to hit their goals faster with increased levels of joy and fulfillment.

Karina is also the Senior Director of Training and Development at Fusion Education Group, a company that manages a network of schools, one of which she helped found and co-owned – Fusion Academy. As a former business owner turned employee of a fast-growing organization, Karina has over 25 years of helping individuals and teams navigate change through mentoring, training, leadership development, and coaching.

Karina lives in San Marcos, CA with her husband and son.
