Kevin Dineen is an executive coach with Novus Global, bringing over 20 years of legal and corporate experience to his coaching practice. He partners with leaders and executives to help them clarify vision, navigate complexity, and unlock their full potential using a Meta Performance™ framework that drives lasting personal and professional growth.

Prior to his coaching career, Kevin served in senior legal roles within multinational organizations, where he managed complex commercial transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, and legal operations. This deep operational and legal expertise gives Kevin a practical, business-savvy perspective that supports leaders facing high-stakes decisions and organizational challenges.

Kevin’s coaching approach blends curiosity, strategic insight, and a commitment to client transformation – helping leaders refine their leadership presence, strengthen team alignment, and advance meaningful change. Kevin has coaching certifications from the Meta Performance Institute and the International Coaching Federation.

Outside of coaching, Kevin enjoys the outdoors – whether a backpacking trip in Montana or Colorado with friends or a weekend hike with his wife, Susan, and their 2 children. Kevin and his family currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
