Her expertise in Perceptual Intelligence and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has allowed her to support top-tier clients ranging from entrepreneurs to C-suite executives, with measurable outcomes that continue to grow and expand.

As a Partner and executive coach with Novus Global and a faculty member at the Meta Performance™ Institute for Coaching, Kristin is known for her talent in unlocking potential by identifying blind spots and empowering individuals to explore what they are capable of. With her Master’s Degree in Sport Management and a career that started in sports advertising, she is honored to be leading the Novus Global Sport – Organizations division within the firm. She and her husband currently live in Raleigh, NC, with their 3 children.
