Before coaching, Laura was a corporate trial attorney, representing Fortune 500 clients and leading multinational legal teams through complex litigation challenges. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, she hit a breaking point—burnout and a loss of passion. Convinced there had to be more for her life, she hired a Novus Global executive coach, confronted the hard questions, and discovered a path that reignited her purpose and passion for advocacy.

Today, Laura helps others do the same. She challenges and champions leaders to achieve what once seemed impossible—all while creating lives they love. Whether working one-on-one or facilitating workshops for teams across the globe, she is known for her ability to blend fierce advocacy and direct feedback with deep care, helping clients unlock their next level of growth. Beyond coaching, Laura serves on the board of directors of a justice-oriented non-profit. She and her husband live in Minneapolis, where you can find them on their red canoe with flyrods in hand as many days as the weather allows.
