LAURA LYNG

Associate Partner & Executive Coach

Laura Lyng is an executive coach and a lead workshop facilitator with Novus Global.  She partners with (among others) entrepreneurs, C-suite and VP-level executives, healthcare professionals, attorneys, sales directors, and non-profit leaders who all have one thing in common–they believe they are capable of more. Before becoming an executive coach, Laura served as a corporate trial attorney to Fortune 500 clients around the globe and led multi-national teams of attorneys in tackling complex litigation challenges.

After climbing the corporate ladder for years, Laura faced burnout  and a loss of passion for her work. Believing she was capable of more, she hit the brakes, hired an executive coach, embraced the hard questions, and redirected her advocacy skills toward helping those who feel similarly stuck, into achieving the impossible while loving their lives. Laura’s clients consistently report that she creates a space of fierce advocacy for them that is equally challenging and full of care.  She facilitates leadership development workshops and trainings all over the world for entire teams that want to experience their next  level of growth.

Outside of coaching, Laura serves on the Institute for American Police Reform’s board and is chairperson of its Law and Policy Subcommittee. She and her husband make a point of getting out on the water in their red canoe as many days as the weather allows.
