Lauren is committed to taking ground with precision, intention, and purpose. In 2014, Lauren took on the challenge of becoming CEO of her own multi-seven figure fitness business. Through this experience, she’s learned that her life is founded on two primary pillars: helping people become the best versions of themselves, and fostering growth in leaders who change lives.

Lauren’s coaching practice is set apart as she creates space for her clients to come into a new level of abundance and satisfaction. As she helps shift her client’s beliefs, Lauren is fiercely dedicated to helping them unlock new visions and goals for their lives and is in her client’s corner every step of the way as they battle to bring their new dreams to life. 

Lauren lives in Birmingham, AL with her husband, son, and daughter. She also loves spending time with her 3 adult stepsons and one grandson.
