Mike Park is an executive coach and Associate Partner at Novus Global and a faculty member of the Meta Performance™ Institute. With over 20 years of experience in non-profit and faith-based leadership, Mike has founded and led organizations and communities across a wide range of cultures, socio-economic contexts, and life stages. He has the privilege of serving industry-leading clients, including the CEO of a leading boutique investment firm, the executive team of a top New York real estate title company, and senior vice presidents of a major pro sports organization.

Mike lives on the Upper West Side in New York City with his wife, Jeanne, and their three children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
