With over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and faith-based organizations, Mike has founded and led diverse communities across cultures, generations, and socio-economic contexts. His work has consistently centered on building leaders, aligning teams, and creating environments where people thrive with clarity and conviction.

Today, Mike partners with leaders in finance, construction, manufacturing, and professional sports to unlock transformational growth—helping them expand their capacity, deepen alignment, and lead with courage in high-stakes environments.

Mike lives on the Upper West Side in New York City with his wife, Jeanne, and their three children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
