I was an Olympic Silver medallist in figure skating and represented Canada for 18 years. I am currently a coach, where I help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives. Meta Performance™ Leadership is comprised of 20, 2-hour classes over a 10-month period. Pre-work for each class is a multi-media experience of 3-hours of individual learning that is immediately applicable. Over the 10 months, particpants will complete 100 hours of learning and will receive a Meta Performance™ Leadership Graduation Certificate. This may be submitted for continuing education units.

MPL is designed for individuals in leadership positions, including business owners, solopreneurs, and leaders within organizations. Ideal candidates are those who are eager to elevate their leadership skills, overcome challenges, and take their performance to the next level.
By the end of the program, you will have developed a comprehensive leadership toolkit, including enhanced self-leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. MPL spans 10 months and combines multimedia learning, group masterminding, one-on-one coaching, and peer collaboration. This ensures a holistic leadership development experience, allowing you to learn, apply, and grow alongside other high-performing leaders. Classes are two times a month for two hours. Pre-class work is three hours
The MPL cohort requires a commitment of 10 hours per month. This includes participation in live classes, engaging with course content, and completing pre-class work.. The program is designed to be flexible, accommodating busy schedules while delivering transformative results.

The Noble Capstone Project allows participants to apply their leadership skills to a high-stakes, real-world project in their world. This project is designed to generate immediate ROI and tangible benefits, addressing challenges or opportunities while showcasing the participant’s enhanced leadership capabilities.
When program requirements are met, each participant will receive a Meta Performance™ Leadership Graduation Certificate. This can contribute to continuing education credits.
