Meta Performance™ Leadership is comprised of 20, 2-hour classes over a 10-month period. Pre-work for each class is a multi-media experience of 3-hours of individual learning that is immediately applicable. Over the 10 months, particpants will complete 100 hours of learning and will receive a Meta Performance™ Leadership Graduation Certificate. This may be submitted for continuing education units.
Define leadership vision, reinforce integrity, and develop ownership for personal and professional growth. Develop a why, grow emotional intelligence and trust, and reframe the power of personality and motivation.
Understand the value of fierce advocacy to be the difference maker in stakeholder management. Manage others effectively based on their skill and commitment. MPL has four specific modules: Self-Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Systems of Excellence and Money. Customization comes with inviting operational and financial leaders to contribute to classes based on their areas of expertise. Other customization comes with leadership coaching programs, tailored to each individual’s desired leadership growth. Further customization comes with adding the practice of desired cultural behaviors to the pre-class worksheets. This will all be discussed in your onboarding meeting!
The Noble Capstone Project, a key deliverable of the program, is gold-sealed by the primary client of your organization. This ensures the projects participants come up with are aligned with your organizational objectives. On a more micro level, participants are tasked to share how they lived out their learnings and the values of your organization as part of their pre-class work before each class.
The Noble Capstone Project allows participants to apply their leadership skills to a high-stakes, real-world project within your organization. This project is designed to generate immediate ROI and tangible benefits, addressing organizational challenges or opportunities while showcasing the participant’s enhanced leadership capabilities in driving strategic initiatives and innovation.
