Novus Global is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead, oversee, and expand all aspects of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be able to both create and execute an overall marketing strategy, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. They will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing direction of Novus Global and further establishing our presence in the executive coaching industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Novus Global’s coaching services, The Institute for Meta Performance, and related offerings.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, website content, podcasts, videos, articles, ads, and social media content.
- Manage Novus Global’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with our target audience.
- Drive the creation and execution of content marketing campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to showcase our expertise.
- Analyze marketing metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the executive coaching market.
- Build a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with sales, client engagement, and product development goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- 4+ years of progressive marketing experience with continually expanding responsibility
- and leadership.
- Experience in the coaching, professional development, or education industry is highly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000
Performance Based Compensation: $27,500 – $37,500 annually
Target Total Compensation: $137,500 – $187,500 annually plus benefits
