Before coaching, Phil spent over a decade in marketing and operations, giving him a sharp business acumen and a practical edge with entrepreneurs and operators. He brings both heart and edge, advocating fiercely for his clients’ best lives while refusing to collude with comfort. Phil holds a Masters in Leadership and a Diploma in Counselling. He resides in Calgary, Alberta, with his wife and three young kids.
