By most outside measures, my life looked like a success. I have a career that I love, a business, a family, and a strong athletic and academic background. But I'd reached a point where my motivation had faded, and I wasn't enjoying the life I'd worked so hard to build. I sensed there was more available to me, but I didn't know how to unlock it on my own. I wasn't looking for a "rah rah" speech or more tactics to add to an already full plate. Racheal brought something different. Through her questions and honest reflection, she's helped me see where misaligned beliefs and unchecked habits were limiting my potential and quietly draining my joy. Every time we meet, I leave both challenged and encouraged. Because of her, I'm excited about goals that feel big, even a little crazy. What means the most (and what I’d wish for anyone else considering this journey) is that I like who I'm becoming on the way to them.
