Rob Harris is an executive coach with Novus Global whose career spans more than three decades of leadership and service in high-stakes environments. He began his career in the U.S. Army as a K9 handler before serving 21 years with the Los Angeles Police Department, including patrol in some of the city’s most demanding divisions and a specialized plainclothes investigative unit focused on narcotics and illegal firearms.

His leadership expanded to organizational, state, and national levels. Rob served as an Executive Director on the board of the Los Angeles Police Protective League, representing more than 9,000 officers, and as President of Protect California and Vice President of the United Coalition of Public Safety. His experience and perspective have been featured by A&E, HBO, Fox News, CNN, and Police Magazine.

Rob later served as Vice President of Operations for a $23 million home services company, leading strategy, operations, and team development.

Today, Rob partners with executives, business owners, high-performing leaders, and those who serve or have served in law enforcement, the military, and first responder communities—challenging them to expand what they believe is possible, create a compelling vision for their future, and become the person capable of making it real.
