Before joining Novus Global, Lawrence spent nearly two decades as a nonprofit founder and Executive Director, building mission-driven organizations and leading high-performing teams from the ground up. That experience forged his conviction that extraordinary leadership begins with personal transformation and courageous growth.

Lawrence has coached leaders across aerospace, defense, energy, finance, healthcare, sports, and technology, partnering with organizations such as NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the United States Department of Defense, Northrop Grumman, Exelon Corporation, U.S. Bank, the National Football League, and Western University of Health Sciences.
