Rosanna Tomiuk is a Partner at Novus Global, faculty member at The Meta Performance™ Institute, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She works with executives and elite athletes who are no longer satisfied with high performance. She is known for helping leaders transform their relationship to failure, pressure, and identity. Her clients don’t just achieve more — they see differently. They lead differently. They transform.

Before coaching at the highest levels of business and sport, Rosanna was an HR executive, working at the intersection of leadership, talent, and culture. She also spent a decade competing internationally with the Canadian Women’s National Water Polo Team. At seventeen, she became a Junior World Champion and went on to earn multiple international medals, including silver at the Pan American Games and the World Aquatic Championships.

Her work is forged from lived experience — high stakes, high standards, and the discipline of reinvention. Rosanna lives in Collingwood, Ontario, with her husband and two young sons.
