Rosanna Tomiuk is an executive coach and Partner at Novus Global and a faculty member at The Meta Performance™ Institute. She is an Integral Master Coach™ and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified in six psychometric assessments.

Rosanna coaches executives and professional athletes to transform their view of failure and develop a Meta Performance™ mindset. 

Before her current career, she worked as an HR executive and was also a member of the Canadian Women’s Water Polo Team for 10 years. At seventeen, she became a Junior World Champion and continued on to win various international medals with Team Canada, including two silver medals at the Pan American Games and a silver medal at the World Aquatic Championships.

Rosanna lives in Montreal with her husband and two toddler sons.
